At ZenithBeauty, we strive to provide high-quality beauty products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since we work with international suppliers, the majority of whom are based in China, return eligibility depends on the supplier's policies. In general, we accept returns if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item does not match the description.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer.
  • Delayed deliveries due to international shipping.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at prince@zenithbeauty509.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request and check with our supplier.
  • Step 3: If approved, we will provide a return address (which may be in China or another location). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the supplier does not accept the return, we may offer a store credit instead.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once the order is processed by the supplier, it cannot be canceled.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
  • Shipping delays due to customs or holidays are beyond our control.
