Our products are shipped from trusted international suppliers, the majority based in China. Estimated delivery times:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, high demand, or unforeseen delays.
  • Weekends and holidays are not included in estimated delivery times.
  • United States : 4 - 20 business days 
  • Canada :  4 - 25 business days
  • Europe:  5 - 30 business days
  • Carribbean & other regions : 7 - 40 business days

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free or low-cost (depending on the product).
  • Express Shipping: If available, additional charges apply.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the shipping carrier.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package does not arrive within 60 days, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
