  • Availability: Our products are supplied by international suppliers, mainly based in China. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and may request a refund or a replacement.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: Prices are displayed in USD ($) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Secure Payment: Payments are accepted via credit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods.
  • Billing: An electronic invoice is sent after payment confirmation.

4. Order and Validation

  • An order is considered validated after full payment.
  • ZenithBeauty reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or technical issues.
  • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

5. Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 40 days depending on the destination (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Customs Fees: Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Timeframe: The customer has 7 days after receipt to report an issue.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Opened or used items are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: If eligible, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Liability Limitation: ZenithBeauty cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, improper product use, or delivery delays caused by third parties.
